This data protection declaration of the association “Wer hat meine Daten e.V.”, Universitätsplatz 12, 34127 Kassel, Germany, would like to inform you as a user which user data and personal data are collected and processed by us as responsible persons when you visit our websites in accordance with the basic data protection regulations.

§ 2 Collection and use of personal data

All data is collected under the principle of data avoidance and data economy. You are neither legally nor contractually obliged to transmit your personal data to us. If you decide against data entry/data transfer, we cannot execute your order or the desired service or not completely.

If you contact us as a website operator through the contact options offered, your details will be stored so that they can be used to process and answer your enquiry.
